At Brickhouse Tallow Company, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade tallow skincare products using carefully selected ingredients. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from our store.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We may accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please review all ingredients carefully before use. Brickhouse Tallow Company is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
