Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Brickhouse Tallow Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages that need to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Because our products are made with natural tallow and oils, texture may soften or melt during hot weather or extended transit times.

This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged package and product

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
